Processing time 

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. If the product is in stock and is not a custom or personalized item the shipping time is generally 3 to 4 business days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
